A DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer is a printing process where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred to garments or other substrates using heat and pressure.

We recommend 10 - 12 seconds, immediate hot-peel at medium-pressure (60psi).

There is no minimum order. For free shipping, order $100 or more.

You can use anything from an iron to an automatic industrial heat press, as long as it can reach a temperature of 285°F and 60 lbs of pressure.

We print up to 22" wide, and offer sizes anywhere from 4" x 4" to 22" x 72".

DTF transfers are known for their durability and can hold up well through many washes when proper washing instructions are followed. To increase longevity, wash, dry, and iron inside out, and do not use fabric softener.

Most orders placed before 2:00pm central time are turned out Same-day. Shipping time will depend on your distance from Bay, Arkansas. UPS is our carrier of choice.

A .PNG file with a quality of 300 dots per inch (DPI) is prefered. Transfers are printed as is, so you'll want to remove anything you do not want printed.

To maximize value, fill the sheet with as many designs as you can. Just don't overlap images and remember to leave enough room for cutting.
